A unique culture and a way of looking at cooking
padthaiwok was born from the passion of three people, Juan A. Ferre, Manuel Alcalá and Jesús Gámez, for the culture and gastronomy of Thailand.
The various trips to the Land of the Sorrisos led them to create the pilot restaurant of what is today padthaiwok, one of the most successful themed restaurant franchises.
Since the opening of the first restaurant in Spain in 2009, padthaiwok has positioned itself as the undisputed leader among Asian food franchises and, especially, among the restaurant chains based on the Noodles Bar concept with more than 40 restaurants.

The gastronomic concept of padthaiwok has its origins in the best street food in Banguecoque, much appreciated by gourmets from all over the world.
Our own mills give a touch of unmistakable flavour to our dishes. The padthaiwok customer has a wide variety of Pad Thai, Caril, Noodles and Rice Stir Fry style, specialties such as our Thai Bowls Basil, Kratiem or Siam Chicken, Thai Soups and Salads, all prepared on the spot with fresh ingredients ...
