8.3) When will we respond to your request?

We will respond to your order as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of one month from receipt of the order. Taking into account the complexity and number of orders received, this period may be extended for a further two months, if necessary, in which case FERRALFAIM S.L. will inform the interested party of this extension within one month of receiving the order, indicating the reasons for the delay.
